They have an ability to work with children to ensure that
they have fun whilst they improve their football skills.

Paul is a professional footballer and currently represents England in the National Futsal squad and plays for Dagenham & Redbridge. Paul played 6 years with QPR and represented England’s U16 & U19. As
a professional Paul has the essential background and inside knowledge
required to direct the children in their footballing careers and
guide them towards being a ‘professional’.

Craig also represented England in the National Game XI against
Wales in May 2005.
On his debutant appearance for England, Craig scored the
winning goal on the stroke of half-time.

Shane commenced coaching with The Elms in 2004. He was taking part in the BBC series, Moneyspinners and as part of the programme, Shane had to shadow James Vaughan in football coaching sessions. James immediately saw the potential in Shane. He has an excellent nature and above all has a great effinity with the children so The Elms decided to take him on as part of their coaching team. Shane is now undergoing his FA Part 1
