Craig Mackail Smith

Craig Mackail Smith one of the Elms most popular coaches has moved on to play professional football with Peterborough United. Craig was a team mate of Paul Bruce at Dagenham and Redbridge and with his 13 goals he has already scored this season he has been snapped up by the posh.

Craig has asked us to wish everyone good luck with their football and keep training hard and he cant wait to see everyone soon.

The Elms
"Football Players Championships" is one of the most exciting developments in children's coaching.

The Elms cheque scheme enables children of all ages and abilities to compete against each other whilst learning the major skills to becoming a ‘professional'.

Children receive "money" for:- Attendance, Technique, Match play, Behavior, Time keeping, Teamwork, Fitness, Rules of the Game, Attitude, Man of the
match and Medal Winners.
