This year we have four separate age groups: 9-11, 12-14, 15-16 and 17-19 and two unique Community Sports Leaders Award Camps (15-16 – Level 1 and 17-19 - Advanced)
Introduction
Your children will have an unforgettable two week holiday packed with fantastic activities, excursions and English Language School – all in a warm ‘home from home’ atmosphere. A holiday where young Jewish people from around the world can meet and make friends for life.
Now in its 15th year, this is Europe's leading Jewish Summer Camp. Children return year after year to a camp which just gets better and better.
English Language School
Daily English Language lessons which are fully integrated in to the excursion programme.
As this holiday has a great emphasis on ‘Activity’ – all instructions for all courses will be in ENGLISH ONLY! which enables the children to practice. This Camp is truly ‘English in Action’!
Attendees will be awarded a certificate and take home a CD of their work.
Masterclass
For Those young people fluent in English we shall be running classes in current events, english politics and english literature
Amazing Activities
Archery, fencing, abseiling, climbing, aeroball, laser quest, quad biking, problem solving, zip wire, kayaking, camping, art room and jewellery making, football and tennis coaching, raft making, midnight camp fires, beach volleyball, high ropes, canooeing
I enjoyed much the camp, especially the tuckshop. What I love from the tuck shop are the bagels with salmon. About the camp I enjoy laser, quads, caving, fencing, cinema etc.. The Community Sports Leaders Award Scheme (CSLA)
Ages: 15-16 Level 1
Ages: 17-19 Advanced
The CSLA Course was such a wonderful success last year, that this year we have increased the number of places available for suitable candidates.
This course is designed specifically as a first step towards gaining U.K. National Governing Body coaching qualification. It gives young people the necessary skills to lead groups in sporting and recreational activities. It encourages young people to take responsibility for others, develop organizational and communication skills and above all, increases the confidence of people for whom group leading is a new experience.
The CSLA participants have a wonderful time working within the group and form true international friendships.
